I knew right away that our neighborhood was going down. The Johnsons down the street were such a good family and they had to leave. I didn’t know why but I guess they couldn’t afford to keep paying so much. Me, I can afford to leave. My house is my only asset and I have to pay it off. But these new neighbors moved in and I can tell they aren’t the type to be trusted at all.

So even though I can’t move I want to make sure my family is safe. If my family got hurt in any way shape or form I couldn’t live with myself. I would think I had neglected them and it was my fault. So I needed to find a way to never let that happen and I knew how. I needed to get a gun. If I got a gun I would be safe and I could protect my family. It was a great solution.
